Den Ofen auf 180 Grad Umluft vorheizen. Alle Zutaten für die Muffins vermengen und die 10 Förmchen zu 3/4 jeweils befüllen. Für 25 min im Backofen backen.
Währenddessen das Frosting zubereiten: Margarine cremig weiß aufgeschlagen, Puderzucker hinzufügen und nochmals kräftig rühren. Kokos-Mandelmus Frischkäse hinzugeben. Nochmals kurz verrühren, sodass eine homogene Masse entsteht.
Muffins aus dem Ofen nehmen und abkühlen lassen. Danach das Frosting auf den Muffins verteilen und mit Toppings garnieren.
