Schokolade bei niedriger Temperatur im Wasserbad schmelzen lassen.
Die Hälfte der Schokolade in eine geeignete Silikon-Form füllen.
Die Heidelbeeren und Himbeeren (nach Wunsch halbiert) auf die Schokolade legen und das Mandelmus darüber geben.
Die restliche Schokolade in die Form füllen und mit Kokosflakes oder Kokosraspeln garnieren.
Das Ganze im Kühlschrank fest werden lassen und kurz vor dem Genießen aus dem Kühlschrank geben.
Tipp: Alternativ kannst du auch eine Auflaufform mit Backpapier auslegen und deine Riegel darin zubereiten. Vor dem Verzehr einfach in kleine Sticks schneiden und genießen.
