Kerzenschein und Plätzchenduft, Advent liegt in der Luft! Heute backen wir gefüllte Rotweinplätzchen umhüllt mit unseren saftig-süßen Kokosraspeln und einer fruchtigen Überraschung aus Aprikose und Heidelbeere.
Alle Zutaten für den Teig in die Küchenmaschine geben und mit dem Knethaken zu einem Teig kneten. In Frichhaltefolie wickeln und für 30 Minuten in den Kühlschrank legen.
Backofen auf 180 °C vorheizen. Den Teig auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfläche ausrollen und Kreise ausstechen. Auf einem mit Backpapier belegten Backblech auslegen und im Backofen circa 12-15 Minuten backen.
Abkühlen lassen. Jeweils zwei Hälften mit Aufstrich bestreichen und zusammendrücken. Schokoladen-Glasur im Wasserbad schmelzen und die Plätzchen rundherum mit Schokolade einstreichen und in Kokosraspeln wenden.
Die Plätzchen fest werden lassen und entweder sofort genießen oder in einer luftdichten Dose aufbewahren.
