Alle von euch, die sowohl Donuts als auch Croissants lieben, werden unsere neue Kreation vergöttern. Die Cornuts sind ziemlich lecker und einfach gemacht. Getoppt und gefüllt mit den richtigen Zutaten sind sie immer eine Sünde wert!
Blätterteig 2-Mal falten und mit einem Nudelholz etwas glatt rollen. Mit einem Glas Kreise ausstehen und mit einem Messer ein kleines Loch in die Mitte der Kreise schneiden.
Die Cronuts für ca. 13 Minuten backen und auskühlen lassen.
Glasur: Das Kokos-Mandelmus und die Schokocreme (beides sollte etwas flüssiger sein; zur Not kurz im Wasserbad erwärmen und gut durchrühren) in eine kleine Schale füllen und die Cronuts hineintunken.
Nach Belieben Nüsse, frische Früchte oder andere Toppings darauf verteilen.
