Die Kokosmilch zusammen mit dem Kakao, Nussmus, Süße, Vanille & Salz in einen Mixer geben und solange mixen, bis eine homogene Masse entstanden ist. Die Masse in vorbereitete Eisförmchen füllen, Holzstäbchen einstecken und für mind. 5-6h in den Gefrierschrank geben.
Die dunkle Schokolade schmelzen, das Nussmus und die gehackten Nüsse einrühren.
Die Eisförmchen kurz komplett in heißes Wasser tauchen, das Eis aus der Form lösen und in die Schokolade tauchen. Auf ein Backblech mit Backpapier oder auch Gitter legen und anschließend sofort wieder einkühlen.
Vor dem Genießen ca. 5 Minuten vorher aus dem Gefrierschrank nehmen, sodass sie leicht antauen.
