Süße Mohnpfannkuchen mit selbstgemachter Schokoladensoße aus nur 2 Zutaten und ganz ohne Zucker!
Zubereitung
Dinkelmehl, Reismehl, und Mohn miteinander vermischen. Ei, Öl, Pflanzendrink und Ahornsirup dazu geben. Alles gut ohne Klumpen vermischen (am besten mit Schneebesen gut umrühren).
Den Teig etwas stehen lassen, damit der Mohn aufquillt. Sollte am Ende der Teig noch flüssig sein, etwas Reismehl dazu geben. Die Pfanne richtig gut aufheizen, Teig hineingeben und die Pfannkuchen von beiden Seiten ausbacken. Danach aufrollen.
Für die Schokoladensauce alle Zutaten gut miteinander vermischen und so viel Pflanzendrink hinzufügen, dass die Masse gut homogen und nicht zu dünnflüssig ist.
