Wie klingt ein gerösteter Ofenkürbis mit Feta und Haselnüssen? Unser Rezept holt das beste aus dem Kürbis heraus und ist super einfach und schnell gemacht.
Den Backofen auf 200°C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen. Den Kürbis waschen und in ca. 1 cm dicke Streifen schneiden. Die Zwiebel schälen und ebenfalls in Streifen schneiden. Den Knoblauch fein hacken.
Für die Marinade Ölivenöl, gehackten Rosmarin, Sojasauce, Curry, Zimt, Kokosblütenzucker und Salz in einer Schüssel vermischen und das Gemüse darin marinieren.
In einer Auflaufform verteilen. Zum Schluss den Feta und die grob gehackten Haselnüsse dazu geben.
Den Kürbis nun für 25 Minuten bei 200°C Unter- und Oberhitze im Ofen backen. Danach weitere 5 Minuten die Grillfunktion aktivieren.
Für den Haselnuss-Dip Rosmarin, Curry, Sojasauce und Haselnussmus gut verrühren und in ein Schälchen füllen.
Den gebackenen Kürbis mit dem Haselnuss-Dip servieren. Optional kann ein grüner Salat dazu serviert werden.
